Job Schedule:
What You'll Do:
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist employees, visitors, and contractors at the front desk, providing a professional and courteous first point of contact.
- Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and credentials, following site-specific policies and procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed according to established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of visitor and contractor check-ins and check-outs, and document any security-related incidents or unusual activity.
- Communicate with site personnel and management regarding security-related matters and provide updates as necessary.
- Support emergency response activities as directed, following established procedures for the location.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to front desk operations, such as answering phones and managing deliveries.

Minimum Requirements:
- Texas Security Professional Guard Card preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
