Description Design and implement controls solutions to enhance safety, quality, and production efficiency. Lead engineering projects including scope definition, design reviews, testing, commissioning, and validation. Develop and optimise PLC/HMI programmes and integrate automation technologies. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues across manufacturing equipment. Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, and performance. Support new equipment introduction and upgrades, including validation documentation. Implement process monitoring and data-driven controls to improve reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence. Profile Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. 1-4 years' experience (Process Engineer) or 5+ years (Senior level). Strong experience with Allen Bradley PLC programming. Knowledge of sensors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and vision systems. Experience with industrial networks and data collection systems. CAD proficiency and familiarity with technical documentation. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
