Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Hoboken, NJ area Type: Full-Time Onsite Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and product positioning initiatives Support product launches and lifecycle management activities Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities Ensure marketing materials and campaigns align with FDA/industry compliance standards Partner with sales teams to create promotional tools, presentations, and training materials Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and ROI metrics Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field 5+ years of medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare marketing experience Strong understanding of regulated healthcare/medical device environments Experience supporting product launches and commercial strategy initiatives Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and operational teams System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
