Program Manager
Experience 15+ Years
Mandatory Skills
- First escalation point for all issues
- Knowledge of AI and ML is needed.
- Issues handling and resolution at engagement level.
- Periodic status updates and project review with customer managers
- Risk management at engagement level
- Clarity time sheet management
- SLA metrics management
- People management for Vendor onshore team
- Managing onboarding and offboarding of resources
- Capacity planning and project pipeline review with customer managers
- Vendor resource back up planning
- Suggest and track process changes and improvements
- Should have data related background like Teradata and knowledge of ETL tool
- Knowledge / exposure to GCP or any other cloud will be added advantage
Interpersonal Skills
- Well-developed analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills with ability lead and guide and groom the team
- Excellent team player, able to work with virtual teams
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic start-up environment
- Able to talk to client directly and report to client/onsite
- Flexibility to work on different Shifts and Stretch
- Flexible to travel and relocate in India and Abroad
