Summary Overview

We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Greet visitors and manage front desk activities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone
  • Assist with administrative tasks and record-keeping
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory management
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
