Residential Youth Counselor - Adventure-Based Treatment Program
Location: Pike, NH
Pay: Up to $19hr
Schedule: 4-Day Work Week

We're looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to support at-risk youth in a therapeutic residential setting. As a Residential Youth Counselor, you'll mentor and guide adolescents, helping them build life skills, confidence, and resilience.

About MPA:
Founded in 2003, Mount Prospect Academy provides innovative mental health and educational services to adolescents across New England. Our mission is to create a safe, caring environment where students can grow, learn, and thrive.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise and mentor youth, modeling positive behavior
- Support daily living activities (meals, hygiene, recreation)
- Implement therapeutic programming and crisis intervention
- Foster social, emotional, and coping skills
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe, structured environment
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree OR 60 college credits OR 2 years of experience working with youth OR 7 years of parenting experience
- Valid driver's license preferred; must be 21+
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Background check required
Shifts Available:
- Front Half: Sun 8a-10:30p; Mon-Wed 2p-10:30p
- Back Half: Wed-Fri 2p-10:30p; Sat 8a-10:30p
